Welcome
Greetings from the Coordinator, First Nations Education
I extend a warm welcome and acknowledge the Coast Salish people’s territory. I have been fortunate enough to work with with Kwantlen Polytechnic University since 1990 and have witnessed the University grow in leaps and bounds in the years since. My work with students is rewarding and I look forward to contributing to the student experience in any way that can help students reach their potential.
On May 28, 2010, Kwantlen officially opened the Aboriginal Gathering Place on its Surrey campus. The goal of the Gathering Place is to serve as an educational, cultural, and social hub for Kwantlen Polytechnic University students. I would like to invite you to take the opportunity to visit us in the Gathering Place.
