Emails are answered by an Educational Advisor, typically within three business days. In case of urgent matter, please refer to attend our drop-in sessions or contact the Advising Department.
Priority Response - Current registration period
If your inquiry is related to the current registration period, and is of an urgent nature, it will receive priority attention: email your question using the form below and hit 'submit'. An advisor will call you within two business days (usually same day but within our regular office hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm) to assist you. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will leave a voicemail or email as appropriate within that same time frame.
Your questions should be about:
- Course selection for the current registration period only
- Program requirements
- Course prerequisites
- Transferability of courses to other institutions
Your questions should be specific and related to the current registration period. The priority response service is not intended to replace course planning services available via Educational Advising appointments or drop-ins.
