How to Apply: Canadian/Permanent Resident Applicants

Online Self Service Application for Admission

To complete your online Application for Admission, you need a valid VISA, MasterCard or American Express to pay the non-refundable $40.00 application fee.


If you choose not to pay by credit card, we welcome your application and payment by mail or in person. Download and print out an application (in PDF).

To apply online now, you need the following:

  1. a valid VISA, MasterCard or American Express
  2. a pen and paper for notes
  3. the name of the Kwantlen program you are applying for (if you are unsure of the program name, please review our program offerings or our course availability.

Apply online now, download a pdf application form, or obtain an application for admission from any Enrolment & Registrar Services Office.

For online applications, applicable fees must be paid by credit card at the time of application or the application cannot proceed.

Fill in the application for admission completely and accurately.

Refer to Kwantlen's General University Admission Requirements for Kwantlen's English proficiency requirement and the various Admission categories under which you can apply.

Include supporting documents and applicable non-refundable $40 application fee.
Incomplete applications will be returned.

Submit the application for admission form for open access undergraduate programs and upgrading programs by the following deadlines for priority registration. Applications will continue to be accepted after these dates, up to the end of the first week of classes each semester, but will be assigned a later registration time.*

*All dates are subject to change without notice. Not all selective entry programs accept applications to these deadlines. Applications will only be accepted after the application cut-off date but before the start of classes if it appears that applicants who met the application cut-off date will not fill the program intake. Please contact Enrolment & Registrar Services for further details. If a posted application date falls on a weekend or holiday, submitted applications will be processed on the next business day.
