Head Coach - Stefon Wilson
| Stefon graduated from Algoma University where he played three seasons
with the Thunderbirds. In his time there he earned the 2004-05 Rookie of
the Year and was named team captain for the 2005-06 and 2006-07
seasons. Throughout his university career, Wilson volunteered at a
number of summer basketball camps and also acted as the assistant coach
at Sir James Dunn High School for the 2007-08 season. Most recently, Wilson spent the 2010-2011 season as the second assistant coach at Simon Fraser University, in their first year competing in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (NCAA Division II), and is currently pursuing his Masters in Sport Administration with a major in Coaching Theory and Strategy. Assistant Coach - Nathan Randall
| Coach Nathan Randall has been involved with basketball since he was 11 years of age. As a former athlete, Nathan was a phenomenal three-point shooter and made the top three shooters list in Washington State's three point competition hosted at Gonzaga University in 2005. In 2007, he finished his high school career as the starting point guard for Vancouver Island South Island All-star game and in 2008-09, played his freshman year with the Camosun College Chargers under home town under then, Head Coach Gord Thatcher. In 2009, Coach Randall held the role of Director for Friday Night basketball hosted by Athletes in Action in Abbotsford B.C. In 2010, he held the position of Assistant Coach for the W.J. Mouat Hawks Junior Boys team under former head coach of the University of the Fraser Valley and two time national champion, Pat Lee. In 2010, Coach Randall held the role of Assistant Coach for Prep All-star training camps with Mt. Zion Christian Academy Prep, and with Division III Eastern Nazarene College just outside of Boston, MA. In this role, Coach Randall was responsible for individual player work-outs for the 2010-2011 season. “Coach Randall brings toughness and hard work to our program, said head coach Stefon Wilson. “He also brings with him good coach and player experience that will assist him in his role in developing our guards.” Nathan is now managing his own Prep team held out of Richmond BC and looks forward to being part of the Eagles family as well. |
