"I would like to congratulate Capilano and TRU for their gold medal wins and to the other teams for their outstanding efforts."
The bronze medal women's game was won by second-seed TRU Wolfpack who went into double overtime to secure their win in penalty kicks (4-3) defeating the fourth-seed Douglas Royals 3-2.
