How to Apply

These general instructions are for students in open registration, fixed, semester, term-based and continuous intake programs. Please read the entire Tuition and Fees section to fully understand all costs associated with your program.

Step 01 Obtain Form

Obtain an Application for Admission form from Enrolment and Registrar Services or the International Education Office, or from a Counsellor at your secondary school, or download and print your own copy of the application form from our website at www.kwantlen.ca/admission/webapply.htm or apply online at either of the following sites: (PASBC) www.pas.bc.ca or www.kwantlen.ca/admission

Step 02 Complete Form

Fill in the Application for Admission form completely and accurately. Include applicable non-refundable fees:

$40 for Canadian and Permanent Residents $120 for International Students.

For online applications, applicable fees must be paid by credit card at the time of application or the application cannot be processed.  Be aware that submitting an incomplete application without all required documentation may result in a processing delay.

Step 03 Attach Documents

Attach supporting documents (high school or post-secondary transcripts and proof of immigration status) and fees where applicable (applications will not be accepted without them). For students currently attending high school be sure to fill out your "Choices" form to have your high school transcripts sent automatically to Kwantlen.

For applications through the website, please follow the instructions given online for submission of fees and documents.

Step 04 Submit Package

If not applying online, bring the completed application package to Enrolment and Registrar Services on any campus or mail to:

Enrolment and Registrar Services, Kwantlen University College, 12666 - 72 Avenue Surrey, BC V3W 2M8

The application fee must accompany the application package.

Step 05 Acceptance

Once Enrolment and Registrar Services have received the completed application package, official notification of acceptance to Kwantlen will be sent by mail (admission to Kwantlen is not a guarantee of course(s) registration).
