Apply for Convocation
Congratulations! You have worked hard to achieve your goals and have completed or are nearing the completion of your program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
We are pleased to invite you to your Convocation ceremony which will take place at the Langley Events Centre on May 31, 2012. This will be an opportunity to share your success with your faculty, fellow students, and most importantly with your family and friends.
The deadline to apply for the May 31, 2012 Convocation ceremony was February 29, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. There are no costs associated with your attendance at convocation. Please remember that you must also have submitted a Graduation Credential Application form.
Please be advised that all grades required for graduation must be submitted and processed by May 2, 2012 in order for the Graduation Office to assess for your graduation and convocation eligibility. This includes transfer credit, prior learning assessment, incomplete contracts, course substitutions and any other grades required for graduation. Only those eligible to graduate are able to attend the May 2012 Convocation ceremony. Students who are unable to meet this deadline are welcome to apply for our October 2012 convocation ceremony.
