Re-Entry Session
When you return, it is mandatory that you attend a re-entry session. In this session, we will go over:
- adjusting to being back at home
- transfer credit wrap-up
- personal report collection
- volunteering with exchange

Personal Report
In order to help other students with their exchange process, we require all returned exchange students to complete a personal report. Please download the document, fill it out and email it back to us or hand it in to the exchange office.

Transfer Credit
As outlined in your LOP, transfer credit will be processed as soon as your transcript is received from the partner institution.
Volunteer with Exchange
We hope that you had such a great experience on exchange that you want to help us spread the word about how fantastic it is. Volunteer to speak with students at info sessions, pre-departure sessions, and re-entry sessions. Or come out and meet exchange students at Kwantlen by attending Incoming Exchange Student events.
