The booking the Surrey Conference Centre or the Richmond Centre for Dialogue will require a setup. Depending on the size of the event and the type of setup needed, please ensure that additional time (1 to 2 hours)  is added on to your booking.

Note: The Richmond Centre for Dialogue will be closed for Renovations till the end of September 2012
