Professional Studies

Please note: The Professional Studies Office has relocated to Kwantlen's Langley campus suite S1853 

To register for any of our new and exciting professional studies workshops, please print this registration form and clearly print your informationsign and fax your completed form to Lorna Wolfe at 604.599.2460. You may also mail your completed form to Kwantlen Polytechnic University, c/o Lorna Wolfe, 12666 72nd Avenue, Surrey, BC V3W 2M8, however it can take up to three weeks to be processed when sent via the mail. If you are registering for Consolidated Clinical, please call 604-599-2232 to make an appointment to register.  Please note, all Professional Studies courses are non-refundable.

In addition to your application, all students must submit a signed copy of the Policy Acknowledgement Form once you have read and understood the relevant policies as indicated in the form.  This form is required at the time of registration and can be faxed along with your completed registration forms for Professional Studies.  The policies can be found at www.kwantlen.ca/policies and Student Rights & Responsibilities. In the event you require further clarification on the policies, please contact the Professional Studies office prior to signing and submitting the acknowledgement form.

Check for ongoing and new offerings and registrants are encouraged to check for any last minute changes or updates.

Students interested in pursuing courses through Kwantlen's Professional Studies Department should make themselves familiar with all course requirements.  To review course requirements, please open the individual course websites listed below.  All students registering for the Consolidated Clinical course must demonstrate English language proficiency through original Canadian educational transcripts (secondary or post-secondary).  Internationally educated students will require proof of English language proficiency through the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or the Canadian English Language Benchmark Assessment for Nurses (CELBAN).

Students with mental or physical impairments, who may require program or practicum (preceptorship) accommodations, should contact the Program Director at 604.599.2053 to discuss required skills and competencies, and a Disability Advisor at 604.599.2148 to ensure appropriate accommodations can be arranged prior to registering for Professional Studies courses.
