Employee Groups

All Kwantlen employees are engaged in supporting a learning environment that values and supports: knowledge transfer, personal and professional growth, responsiveness to internal and external communities, collegial dialogue and decision making and professional accountability to each other and our communities.

Faculty
Faculty members include Instructors, Counsellors and Librarians.

Faculty employees of the University are represented by the Kwantlen Faculty Association (the Union) and are members of the bargaining unit.

Support Staff
The support staff employee group includes service-providers, technicians, laborers, skilled trades people and professionals.

All support staff employees of the University are represented by the British Columbia Government Employees Union (BCGEU) and are members of the bargaining unit.

Administrative Group
Administrative Group employees are employed in a confidential capacity related to Kwantlen's business and/or perform the functions of a manager/leader and are excluded from membership in a bargaining unit.
