Kwantlen’s Service Plan 2004/05 – 2006/07 is required by the Ministry of Advanced Education as part of its Accountability Framework. An updated three-year plan is required each spring. Some of the objectives and measures contained in the Service Plan are drawn from Kwantlen’s Strategic Plan and others are required by the Ministry of Advanced Education. Kwantlen is required to report to government in June of each year, beginning in June 2005, the degree to which it has met the objectives listed in its Service Plan.
