Online Print Management
IET supports the delivery of Online Print Management Service (ePrint) which allows Printing Requests, Course Manual Requests and Supply Requests to be Sent, Tracked and Delivered. This service enables the Print Shop to deliver efficient and highly accessible service to the University through the use of the web browser (from anywhere) to submit documents, course materials, class handouts, and request printer toner or paper.
ePrint is available to employees via the intranet website (Plaza) at http://eprint.kwantlen.ca. This service is tied to individual client accounts which are in turn associated with department cost codes. All material printed or ordered through this service is billed to the appropriate department.
This service is designed to enhance University services to faculty and staff in the areas of:

The downtime window is 5pm Saturday to 10am Sunday, the period of time during the week when usage of the Kwantlen systems and network resources are at the lowest. IET will aim to schedule most minor system changes during the window thereby minimizing disruptions. The window will be superceded if critical Kwantlen activities (e.g. web registration deadline) occur at the same time. IET will notify the Kwantlen community of all downtimes through the NoticeBoard.Related Resources
