Tanya Hirschi, BCRPA Group Fitness Instructor, Weight Training Instructor, Third Age (55+) Specialist, R.I.P.P.E.D. Certified and Spin Certified
Join Tanya for Lunch Abs Blast on Tuesdays at 12pm and Bootcamp Wednesdays at 4pm in Surrey
Tanya has been in the fitness industry for just over 1 year and always has had a love for fitness. In 2010, Tanya decided to change her career focus to more fitness and nutrition goals as a way to balance her family and personal goals. Going through the same battles as many other females in her age category and beyond, she was extremely over weight and didn’t know what to do.
Her dedication and continuous education in the fitness industry has increased her knowledge and love for fitness even more. Using her continuing knowledge and new fitness ideas, her weight dropped fast and now she wants to spread that to everyone she teaches. Being a single parent Tanya understands the daily struggles one has with trying to find the time. Tanya’s girls have now also found a love for fitness and love to attend her classes. |

She has found that it not only enhances physical fitness, focus, and releases stress, but also can be started at pretty much any age or level of fitness. Lida first began this journey in pursuit of learning a few self-defense skills, and after a few classes she was hooked!
