Bootcamp
Ready to get fit AND have fun? Get into shape and burn fat while toning and strengthening your whole body. The bootcamp features high intensity circuit training, using body weight, resistance bands, and plyometric exercises. No monotonous running or aerobics. A challenge for all fitness levels. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.

ZUMBA - Join the Dance Fitness Craze!
