Are you a beginner runner and unsure how to get started? Or maybe you just haven't put those sneakers on in a while? Get a fresh start as this clinic starts with a gradual warm-up, leads you through a walk/jog at your own pace and finishes with a cool down and stretch. So grab your runners, wear layered clothing and come join us! Suitable for beginners.

Sun Run Training Clinics
Intro to Running 10K (Beginner) - If you are currently a walker (non-runner) and have a goal of completing a 10K by combining walking and running, this program is for you. This program will start out slowly (with more walking than running) and build up gradually until you are safely and comfortably able to walk/run a full 10K.
Learn to Run 10K (Intermediate) - If you are a novice runner and/or running less 30 minutes per session 2-3x a week, this program is for you. This program will start out slowly (with more walking than running) and build up gradually until you are safely and comfortably able to run 10K.
Run 10K Faster (Experienced) – If you have previously completed the Learn to Run 10K program and/or you are already running for 30 minutes per session, 2-3 times a week this program is for you. Run 10K Faster will help you develop your endurance and “pick up” your pace. $44.80 or Staff $89.60
