Fees
Starting with the Fall 2009 semester, all 1XXX-level chemistry courses will require the the Sharp EL-531W calculator. It will be available from the bookstore for $14.75 during the month of September, and $19.75 after that.
Students who have previously purchased the Aurex SC-6136 calculator may continue to use it if they wish.
The Sharp EL-531W and the Aurex SC-6136 are the only two calculators that students will be allowed to use during tests.

Students may be eligible for student loans. If you wish to obtain a BC Student Assistance application, contact the Student Awards and Financial Assistance Office.
