STUDENT LIFE & COMMUNITY DIVISION AWARDS To be awarded at the CELEBRATION OF LEADERSHIP & SERVICE, March 29th 2012
Contribution to Student Life Awards $500
“Giving Back” Citizenship Awards $500
Campus Life Week Leadership Awards $500
Full-time students (enrolled in min. 9 credits/ 6 credits for students with disabilities) with a min. GPA of 2.67 may apply online to be considered for one of the above awards. Eligible students must meet be able to demonstrate at least one of these requirements in order to be considered (supporting documentation is required):
• Demonstrated volunteer leadership at Kwantlen; or
• Demonstrated volunteer leadership in the external community (e.g. local program agency and/or a local, national, or international charity); or
• Contributed a minimum of 40 hours to Campus Life Week and demonstrated positive commitment
ONLINE APPLICATION REQUIRED: These will be available through the self-service system, starting February 3rd, 2012 and must be completed by the deadline of February 22, 2012.
