- Serves as your Student Identification card
- Is required to obtain your U-Pass. Find out more about the U-Pass @ http://www.kwantlen.ca/upass/get-upass.html.
- Must be presented to borrow library materials and equipment
- Can be loaded at Library Checkout Counters and at the Bookstore with cash value for printing & photocopying
- Is available at Library Checkout Counters at no cost during all library open hours (replacement fee of $5 for lost cards)
- Has no expiry date, the card is permanent and updated online each semester
Noite: Photo ID is required to obtain this card.
Note: New students can obtain their ID card one
month before the semester starts. For returning students, the ID card
will be updated online one month before the semester starts.

Your Employee Smart Card ....
- Serves as Kwantlen Photo Identification designated for Faculty, Staff & Administration
- Also available as a department card for Facilities, IET and campus officials
- Must be presented to borrow Library materials and equipment
- Can be reloaded at campus Library Checkout Counters & the Bookstore for photocopying and printing
- Available at Library Checkout Counters at no cost during all Library open hours
- Has no expiry date, the card is permanent and updated online each semester
