A Persistent Crisis: Mental Health and Gender in Federal Prisons
Howard Sapers, Correctional Investigator of Canada and Canada's Ombudsman for Federal Prisoners, will be speaking on preventable deaths, systematic failures, and the notion of delivering therapeutic care in a carceral space.
