"I enjoy the small class sizes, which allow for one-on-one interaction with my students and it also allows me to follow my students' progress. I am able to pay more attention and engage students individually to help them succeed in the course.
My current research examines the concept of multilateralism and US/UN relations, and I am able to draw upon my research in some of my courses and teaching."
